BY SUBMITTING A PAYMENT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS

🦁You must be 18 or older to commission me, NO EXCEPTIONS. I will not work with the parents of minors. Fursuits are a luxury item, you can save up and wait until you are old enough to commission. I have the right to ask for photo ID at any point in the commission process. If I find out you are underage the commission will be canceled with NO REFUND.

🦁I reserve the right to refuse service if you have a beware on you or a history of drama. If I find out you have a beware on you, your money will be refunded and the order will be cancelled. (refer to refund policy below)

🦁All prices are in USD. Please take that into account when commissioning. Payments made over PayPal are automatically converted so that is the only form of payment I can accept when working with anyone not in the US.

🦁I don’t start work until a payment is made. If you can’t pay in full, I do payment plans of 30% upfront, and the rest later.

🦁Do not order expecting immediate shipping. You are buying a handmade product that is made to order. Expect at least 4-6 months of wait time, if not longer.

🦁I may not always work on suits in order. To prevent myself from being burned out I may jump around on my commissions. I still try to complete things in a timely manner, feel free to check my trello to be up to date on everything I’m working on.

🦁I provide WIP pics to make sure everything is going good. Please understand that I cannot continue work until things are approved by you the client. Failure to provide approval or consistent delay May result in you waiting longer to receive your item(s).

🦁I work on commissions in my free time. Please understand that this is not my full time job, as I work full time with a family and pets to take care of. I will respond to DMs and provide updates when I can.

🦁Please provide a clear ref, so there’s no confusion. At least 2 views, front and back, is preferred. Links to folders with multiple pics (such as a toyhouse) are a huge help. Failure to provide a proper reference may result in a poor result as I don’t know your character as well as you.

🦁if you live in or near Chicago or attend nearby cons, we can work out a place to meet or drop off at a con and you don’t have to worry about shipping, yay!

🦁I will NOT make FNAF, Pokémon, digimon, or sonic suits. Nor will I copy an existing suit or style.

Failure to abide by the TOS will either result in poor final quality or being dropped from the queue entirely. These are to ensure you get what you pay for.

Cancellations and refunds - if for any reason you have to cancel your order and want a refund, here’s how it goes:

•Materials not bought-Full refund

•Materials bought-Full refund of what’s left •Work started-Partial refund based on how much work was done (more work done=less $ back)

•Suit finished-No refund, suit is altered slightly and sold as a premade

*if for some reason you can’t make a payment right away it doesn’t mean you have to cancel your order. I will hold the suit for you until you are able to pay it off, but it won’t be shipped until then

Due to complications in the past I am only able to hold a suit for up to 5 months, at that point I will have to discuss changing the design and selling the suit. *

FAQ

Q: How good is vision in your suits?

A: Although vision is out of the iris rather than the whole eye, there is still a pretty good field of view because of how large I make my eyes.

Q: How good is ventilation in your suits?

A: Pretty good, the whole nose and mouth area is open so you have access to fresh air and aren’t breathing through the foam.

Q: How long can I wear a suit?

A: It really depends on the person. My heads are lined with a balaclava meant to keep sweat off you. That along with the open mouth area makes it pretty cool in there. However, it’s important not to over exert yourself. Learn to recognize when you’ve had too much and stop to take your head off and breathe/drink water. It’s better and easier to break character for a couple minutes rather than get heatstroke.

Q: How long does a suit take to finish?

A: Anywhere from one month all the way up to a year, depending on my queue and what’s going on in my life. I can’t guarantee any specific time frame, as I have to put both of my jobs and my health first.

Q: I need a suit by my con deadline. Can you do it by then?

A: I can do my best, but unfortunately due to health reasons I can no longer accept rush orders or deadlines of any kind. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Q: I or someone in my home has a dog/cat allergy. Do you have a dog/cat?

A: I have a dog, but he doesn’t come in contact with my suits. I do have a kitten who pretty much owns my work room. If you have any sort of allergy, understand that you are commissioning at your own risk.

Q: How do I clean one of your suits? How often should I clean?

A: If you wear it regularly I’d say every third time you should clean it fully, aside from spot cleaning. I haven’t tested fully submerging them, so don’t try it unless you’re feeling risky. I recommend buying or making a fursuit spray. You can spray anywhere that needs cleaning (except for eyes and airbrushed parts) and leave open to dry. Don’t forget to brush your suit to keep it looking beautiful
